If you loved the 80s or 80s music, then you just might have a lot of fun being Cyndi Lauper this Halloween. Both homemade and online Cyndi Lauper costume can be a ton of fun! But don’t even venture here unless you want to be wild and crazy because that’s what this icon of the 80s music world is all about, and with a first album titled “She’s so Unusual” it’s easy to see why.

Long gloves, short gloves, or even a single glove with the fingers cut out, a few bangles and a pair of sunglasses should finish off your ensemble nicely. Don’t forget a messy hairdo sprayed a vibrant pink and some cherry red lipstick too and you’re good to go!

Most will include a skirt or dress and top as well as some accessories such as tights, gloves, scarves and belts. Crazy and wild wigs are usually available to purchase separately. If you prefer not to buy the wig, you can always find washable one time use spray on hair colors that can turn your beautiful tresses to wild and crazy in just a few sprays.

This song is also from the film “Girls just wanna have fun”. It starred Sarah Jessica Parker in one of her early roles and boy has she changed in the intervening years. It was a teen flick at the time and had moderate success but nothing compared to the song.

I absolutely love the 80s, I have just watched Top Gun and so am in 80s mode as you can imagine lol. These Cyndi Lauper costumes sound great, she is a great musician with great style.
